    Shantastic Enterprises LLC, doing business as Brickhouse Mindset™ ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

    About This Policy and What It Covers

    In this policy, "the Platform" means all of the following:

    • brickhousemindset.com
    • brickhousemindset.com, where the Brickhouse Mindset Audit is delivered
    • app.brickhousemindset.com, the Brickhouse Mindset™ application

    These properties share one account system. This policy applies to all of them.

    1. Information We Collect

    Account Data: Name, email address, birth date (optional), and authentication credentials.

    Usage Data: Lesson progress, daily ritual completions, affirmations, goals, and audit scores.

    Reflective Content: Notes, journaling, and free text you choose to write inside the Platform.

    Technical Data: Browser type, device information, IP address, and cookies for session management.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use your data to: (a) provide and personalize the Platform experience; (b) track your progress across lessons and rituals; (c) send transactional emails such as verification and password reset; (d) improve the Platform through internal analytics; (e) process payments when applicable; and (f) send you marketing email if you have opted in, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link.

    We do not use your Reflective Content for marketing. We do not use it to train any advertising or third-party model. We do not review it except where necessary to provide support you have requested or where required by law.

    3. Data Sharing

    We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

    We share data only with: (a) the service providers listed below, who help operate the Platform and are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us; and (b) law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

    Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

    4. Data Storage and Security

    Your data is stored in the United States using industry-standard encryption, in transit and at rest. We use Row Level Security so that each user can access only her own records. Access to production data is limited to personnel with a documented operational need.

    While no system is one hundred percent secure, we implement recognized practices to protect your information. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you without undue delay.

    5. Cookies and Tracking

    We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.

    We do not use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies, and we do not run retargeting or build advertising audiences from your visits.

    You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.

    6. Data Retention

    We retain your Account Data, Usage Data, and Reflective Content for as long as your account is active.

    If you close your account, or if an organizational license under which you enrolled ends, we retain your data for ninety days so that you can export it, and then delete or anonymize it.

    We retain records required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes for as long as the law requires.

    7. Your Rights

    You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and data; (d) export your data; and (e) withdraw consent for optional data collection.

    8. State Privacy Rights

    If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights described in Section 7, and additionally:

    • The right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them, which are set out in Sections 1 and 2
    • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not conduct targeted advertising
    • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right
    • The right to appeal a decision we make about your request, by replying to our response

    9. Organizational Enrollment

    If you received access through an employer, sorority, church, or other organization, your account is still yours. We report to that organization only in aggregate. We do not tell any organization which individuals enrolled, what you wrote, what goals you set, or how you responded to any assessment.

    Unless the organization supplied your details directly to us, your relationship with us is established by your own registration and consent.

    10. Children's Privacy

    The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

    11. Third-Party Links

    The Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

    12. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification and will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
